    What are your shipping options?

    NEO uses Australia Post Express.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, NEO is only available within Australia. However, if you wish to be placed on our international waiting list, please contact us.

  • How can I track my items?

    Australia Post Express provides a tracking number per parcel. Please contact us if you have not received your goods within seven days of ordering and we will gladly help track it down for you.

    Do you offer gift-­-wrapping?

    Yes, we would love to gift wrap your NEO products. Please let us know if this is a gift in the comments section of your order.
